Founder and CEO
Joseph T. Norton is a retired professional chef and former business owner based in Annapolis, Maryland. With over 35 years of culinary experience, he ran a successful catering company that served high-profile clients and large events throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
Sylvia K. Nawrot
Co-Founder and Vice President
Sylvia K. Nawrot is the Vice President and co-founder of Rise to Life Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting cancer patients and their families through compassionate outreach and community-focused services. Originally born and raised in Poland, Sylvia immigrated to the United States, bringing with her a strong sense of purpose, resilience, and compassion.
