Joseph T. Norton is a retired professional chef and former business owner based in Annapolis, Maryland. With over 35 years of culinary experience, he ran a successful catering company that served high-profile clients and large events throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
 Now residing in Middletown, Delaware, Joseph is the founder and CEO of the Rise to Life Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting cancer patients and their families. As a survivor of esophageal cancer, Joseph brings his firsthand knowledge, compassion, and determination to the foundation’s mission.
 In addition to his work with Rise to Life, Joseph is a proud Freemason, an advocate for medical patient rights, and a strong voice in the local community. He’s also a passionate dog lover and is training a service dog named Koa to assist him through his recovery and advocacy journey.
