About Sylvia
Sylvia K. Nawrot is the vice president and co-founder of Rise to Life Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting cancer patients and their families through compassionate outreach and community-focused services. Originally born and raised in Poland, Sylvia immigrated to the United States, bringing with her a strong sense of purpose, resilience, and compassion.

With a background in psychology and over 28 years of experience in business, Sylvia has also worked for 16 years supporting practical nursing programs in adult education—enhancing lives through learning and empowerment. Her work has impacted diverse and underprivileged populations, helping them build stronger futures and bring hope to their families.

A long-time resident of Middletown, Delaware for over 28 years, Sylvia is also a devoted Reiki practitioner and energy healer, offering comfort and balance to those in need. As a mother, caregiver, and leader, Sylvia brings heart, wisdom, and dedication to everything she touches. Her spiritual strength, advocacy, and vision continue to inspire positive change.
